Terms of Use

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a legal representative.
• Your profile information must be accurate: you cannot impersonate another person or studio.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your identifiers and the activity of your account.
• Only one account per person. Accounts created solely to inflate views, ratings or followers are deleted.

You retain full rights to your films, images, texts and portfolio pieces. By publishing them, you grant Framely a non-exclusive, free license, limited to what is necessary to host, encode, display and promote your works on the platform (film page, thumbnails, recommendations, editorial highlights).

This license terminates when you delete the content, subject to technical time required to remove backup copies.

• You hold the necessary rights to the image, music, voices and extracts used.
• The people filmed have given their consent for the broadcast.
• The credits you provide honestly reflect the contribution of each person.
• Content follows community guidelines.

Framely connects creators, teams and recruiters, but is not a party to contracts between them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the published offers, nor the outcome of an application, nor the announced remuneration. Any offer requiring payment from the candidate is prohibited.

• No massive automated extraction of pages, profiles or videos.
• No circumvention of technical limits, read protections or security mechanisms.
• No abusive canvassing or mass unsolicited messages.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of serious or repeated breach of these conditions or the community guidelines, particularly in the event of infringement of the rights of others.

Framely is continually evolving: features may be added, modified or removed. The platform is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We recommend that you keep your source files: Framely is a storefront, not an archiving service.

In the event of a substantial modification, you will be informed on the platform. Continuing to use Framely after this information constitutes acceptance of the new version.
