Community Guidelines
Framely est un lieu de travail : on y montre des films, on y reçoit des critiques et on y trouve des collaborateurs. Ces règles existent pour que cela reste possible.

Authorized content
- Short films, feature films, school films, documentaries, animations, clips, advertisements, cinematics and experimental films.
- Portfolio pieces related to audiovisual: set photographs, concept art, costume moodboards, makeup, sound design, motion design, calibration, making-of.
- Challenging works have their place: violence, suggested sexuality, difficult themes are accepted when they serve the story — report them as sensitive content in the film sheet.
Prohibited content
- Explicit sexual content, pornography, and any depiction of minors in a sexualized context.
- Real gratuitous violence, apology for terrorism, incitement to hatred or violence against a group.
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory speech, disclosure of private information.
- Misleading content, scams, fake casting or job offers, requests for payment to apply.
- Spam, fake accounts, buying views, ratings or followers.
Respect and criticism
A review is about the film, never the person. Be precise and useful: the editing, the setting, the sound, the rhythm, the acting. Here, a first student film rubs shoulders with a professional production — that's intentional.
- No personal attacks, humiliating irony or coordinated negative review campaign.
- No insistent canvassing by private message after a refusal.
- Credit honestly: only add people who actually worked on the project to the credits.
Intellectual property
- Only publish works for which you own the rights, or for which you have authorization.
- Music, stock footage, fonts, and third-party images must be royalty-free or licensed.
- The people filmed must have consented to the broadcast.
- The rights holder can request the removal of content: we quickly remove the content concerned and inform the person who published it, who can contest it.
Report content or member
How to do it:
- 1. Use the report button on the film sheet, portfolio piece, comment or profile concerned.
- 2. Indicate the reason (prohibited content, plagiarism, harassment, false offer, usurpation) and add any useful element: link, capture, date.
- 3. Our team reviews the report, generally within 72 hours, with urgent cases given priority.
- 4. Depending on severity: warning, removal of content, removal of publication, suspension or permanent closure of the account.
- 5. You can contest a decision by responding to the notification received; a second look is then taken at the file.
If there is immediate danger to a person, first contact local authorities, then report the situation to us.

These rules supplement the terms of use and the privacy policy. Thank you for making Framely a place where people dare to share an unfinished film.
